PACKAGES:
- No region(s) in package or individual purchases can be substituted for other region(s) unless agreed with SwissLaser management, in writing, at the time of purchase.
- For packages with x6 sessions, all sessions are to be redeemed as outlined in the sales invoice or within 9 calendar months of package purchase (whichever falls later). Any exceptions must be requested, in writing, to SwissLaser management as soon as possible.
PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE:
- Our Price Match Guarantee is applicable to all packages and single treatment areas as outlined in our pricing and packages section.
- If you find a competitor offering a lower price and wish to use our Price Match Guarantee, please ensure this is discussed before your laser treatment begins. Once your laser treatment has started, whether as part of a package or individual sessions, we are unable to adjust our pricing to match a competitor’s offer.
- Our Price Match Guarantee will allow us to match any competitor’s pricing when we are provided with sufficient evidence that that same* laser treatment is available at a differing clinic at a lower price.
* The laser treatment must be using the same medical-grade laser (not a like for like comparison) and an appropriately qualified therapist or medical practitioner (i.e. nurse or doctor).
* We will verify this price before confirming the match.
- If the competitor’s pricing is subject to a minimum volume commitment (i.e. 10 sessions) to obtain the specified lower price, the client will need to sign an agreement to meet this minimum purchase requirement with SwissLaser to exercise our Price Match Guarantee.
- Our Price Match Guarantee cannot be used in conjunction with any additional promotional or discount codes.
- SwissLaser reserves the right to amend its prices and the Price Match Guarantee policy at its sole discretion.
- Our standard terms and conditions, including our Refunds & Cancellation Policy will apply to any purchases under our Price Match Guarantee.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
For appointments for laser hair removal:
The below applies to both laser treatment appointments which are pre-booked as a treatment plan (usually 6 or more sessions) or individual sessions.
- Please aim to reschedule or cancel your appointment with no less than 24 hours notice. Please use the appointment management system, or contact the clinic to do so.
- If we receive at least 24 hours notice of cancellation, no charge will be applicable and in case of package bookings, the session will not be treated as a redemption.
- Regrettably, failure to provide at least 24 hours notice of cancellation will result in the full charge of the session and in the case of package bookings, the session will be treated as a redemption.
For consultations and patch tests appointments:
- Please aim to use our intuitive appointment management system to reschedule or cancel your consultation or patch test appointment with no less than 24 hours notice.
Other points:
- We are unable to allow individual or treatment plan bookings to be transferred to any other individuals.
- A patch test is required prior to beginning any treatment. There is no charge for the patch test unless it is cancelled within 24 hours at which point, a charge will apply as outlined in the confirmation email.
- A consultation is optional for individual or treatment plan bookings, if required, please get in touch.
- Prior to attending your scheduled laser appointment, you should have read the FAQ section of our website to understand the required preparation. If you arrive at your appointment not adhering to these preparation steps, your appointment will likely be postponed and we reserve the right to forfeit the session.
- All clients must be a minimum of 18+ to start treatment at the clinic.
REFUND POLICY:
Firstly, thank you for choosing SwissLaser, we are disheartened that you have chosen to not continue your current laser hair removal journey with our clinic. If you require a refund, we have made it as simple as possible and outlined the steps below:
For bookings of treatments, products, pre-paid packages or gift cards in our clinics:
Unfortunately, we’re not able to offer refunds in these cases. Our team are happy to discuss this further to see if we can better accommodate your existing treatment plan or individual session(s), please contact mail@swisslaseruk.com via e-mail outlining your request as soon as possible.
For bookings or purchases of treatments, products, pre-paid packages or gift cards online or over the phone:
SwissLaser always aim to ensure our clients are happy with their treatment plan so we do hope you are pleased with your purchase and that we can welcome you into our clinics. However, in the event you change your mind regarding a pre-paid package or gift card purchased online or over the phone ahead of commencing treatment, it will not affect your statutory rights which enable you to a 14 day ‘cooling-off’ period for distanced sales. To request a refund, please email mail@swisslaseruk.com within 14 days of purchase.
After the statutory ‘cooling-off’ period or if a session is redeemed during this time, our standard refund policy (above) will also apply to distanced sales.
EXPIRY DATES FOR PRE-PAID TREATMENT PLANS AND GIFT CARDS:
Pre-paid treatments have an expiry date as listed in on the original sales invoice or within 9 calendar months of package purchase.
Please ensure that all treatment sessions are booked within the above expiry period and that any gift card is fully redeemed within this period as we are unable to offer refunds for any unused treatments which have lapsed.
LATENESS POLCY:
The treatment will be altered during the individual session and finish at the scheduled time. In the event the practitioner is able to accommodate the lateness, our team will always do so but this will be at the clinics sole discretion. If treatment has to be altered and any area(s) are unable to be treated in the remaining scheduled time, the client will not be able to redeem this treatment at a later date or time unless otherwise specified and agreed with SwissLaser management.
